The ROCKS Mentorship Program is a comprehensive initiative that supports career growth, strengthens leadership, and fosters a professional community within the Army and Department of Defense.

Program Overview

The ROCKS Mentorship Program provides structured guidance, professional development, and networking opportunities for ROTC cadets, military officers, and Department of Defense civilians.

The ROCKS, Inc. is a non-profit organization dedicated to strengthening the U.S. Army officer corps through mentorship, leadership development, scholarships, and networking opportunities.

Who Can Participate

Eligible participants include ROTC and Military Academy cadets, active duty or reserve component commissioned officers, active duty or reserve component warrant officers, and Department of Defense civilians at the GS-12 level and above.

Structure & Activities

The program is carried out through chapters and interest groups across the country. Mentorship may include leadership outreach initiatives, seminars, career guidance, and professional development support.

Participants receive personalized career guidance, professional development, networking with senior officers and experienced DoD civilians, and stronger readiness for active military service.

Leadership and Oversight

The program is overseen by the Vice President for Mentorship at the national level. Local chapter mentorship chairs coordinate activities, match mentors with mentees, and provide ongoing support.
